The size fits perfectly and the quality really helps my 14 year old dog
Quality seems to be very good, resistant material and stitches. in reality it's just a textile coat which absorbs water. no miracle or high-tech technology behind. serves well, does provide some relief and sun protection. for sheltie breed L size is perfect.
Good to regulate body temperature. The wool is not wet, walk with joy :)
